In the World of CUSTOMER.....!!!!

CUSTOMER is derived from the word 'CUSTOM' which means 'HABBIT' or something which one is following since ages.....So customer means a person who have a habbit of purchasing from SELLER....or in other words who has become a BUYER or have been forced to become a BUYER (to satisfy the desire) due to tempting offers being offered by SELLERS.....Earlier people use to go to market to purchase the basic needs not the luxury....but now things have changed ,luxury is turning into needs with each day passing......Different brands are there in market with different products in terms of quality & quantity......Mantra of "DIFFERENTIATION" is being followed today.....then they have skilled sales men to convince people and also the tempting offers......Yesterday read an article in Brand Equity regarding "Premium or Freemium" which is more attractive.....premium is getting some discout on some product and freemium is getting something exta in quantity.....although for me it doesnt make much difference ...but again different people have different choice.....whenever i go for shopping i purchase product or service that is different from others and valuable too irrespective of the price.....but my friends prefer to purchase the one selling at discout or the one which is offering something extra in quantity at the same price.....so what i think ,to become more of CUSTOMER CENTRIC we can apply all together a different strategy....whenever any company wants to offer something extra or on discount.....it should keep open both the options for CUSTOMER .....i.e. the one who want discount can go for that ...and the other who want something extra can opt for that.....and this way SELLER can prevent CUSTOMER from going to any other shop .....and also CUSTOMER will stick to the company because of the GOODWILL....after all...it is the CUSTOMER who is the KING....!!!

SOME1 OR SOMETHING SPECIAL

Its been a month i have been trying to talk to a very decent and different personality in office.....that person have become really special to me as i have to apply a lot of brain as well as the hard disk of mine(as i have to remember a lot) what i have to speak and how( more of articulation)........i gave it a thought for the reason why its happening ...why i want to talk to him without even knowing him.....as every thing has a logic in it.....is this Coulomb's law i.e. oppposite charges attract each other , some people say in relationships also this law can be applied...but if it is that, it has to be both ways.........or is it the aura concept which is more concerned with the vibrations but even in that we say it is all aobut the positive and negative vibes coming from that particular person....or is it a fate which is more concerned with "everything is written in advance" i.e. every path is well defined where we have to go....who all we will meet and .....what experiences we will be having in future.........and this all forced me to become somehow very philosophical in my tone........that i had never been in life before......still in search of that logic how and why some1 or something can become so special...........?????:)

communicating over internet

While using internet on mobile i came across some problems . Well when i was using gtalk on mobile......i was not able to know friends online on my yahoo messenger..... and moreover i was not able to chat simultaneously on them.......well after some days both the problems were solved with help of ebuddy. But now i am facing one more problem.........sometimes use of some sites are restricted in office, college etc........in that case when i have to work with only one site.........is it possible that this type of communication i.e. either vertically (using only gtalk) or horizontally (using ebuddy) can be turned into a gang plank i.e. one who is using gtalk can chat to other using yahoo or vice versa in case of emergency using some technology......

JACK of all trades MASTER of 0 or 1

this idiom means a person having some knowledge of every thing but is not specialized....... well what is more important , to be a JACK or MASTER.........as per Robert kiyosaki's book "Rich Dad Poor Dad " knowledge of different things in important........ and if someone has to run a business then he need not to be Master........... instead he will hire a person who is more intelligent then him and is specialized in one part particular area.........well its not a bad idea to get 2 in 1.......i.e. both JACK and MASTER in 1 and what i think we can get these two in MBA..........as we study different subjects in 1s two sem and then we proceed to specialization........well a well planned complete package of 2 in 1.....

valuation of blog

valuation is determining the value of anything.....well in business every asset has some value and the key to invest in lies in determining what the asset actually worth......investors use different models for this purpose like dcf , realtive valuation i.e. the method of comparables( includes both cross sectional and comparison across time) etc..... also for this fundamental analysis is done (analysis of cash flows ,profit and loss account and balance sheet).......some assumptions are made ....well asset can be easily valued.... what in case one has to value a blog???

as method of comparables would not be suited because different people have different perception and views ....and dcf cant be useful in this case as no cash flows are available...but what i think some system should be generated with the help of which one should be able to know number of hits on the blog...and also the number of times one person visit that blog

as repetition can be done most probab in case when someone like the way of writing and creativity as well.....and proper assumption in this case is the reader is visiting again and again as he feel that the blog is good....

good example of separate entity and a going concern concept

hey before taking to example i think one should be aware of what these separate entity and going concern concepts are???
well ..... separate entity concept treats business as distinct and completely separate from owners...........
and according to going concern concept ..... a member can go , retire or die but business goes on forever and ever......
i think this what exacly happened while solving that fraud case...
well i m talking of SATYAM (one of the largest I T companies) underwent such a huge fraud case ....the government appointed the new board....and treated the assets of satyam distinct from owner....and then finally bidding was done.....and now SATYAM is still working with new owner
(here the going concern concept work) and it will go forever and ever
so for any business and also the outsiders ..dealing with it,it is imperative to be abide by these concepts ....

incredible world of stocks

stocks....generally called shares are very tough to understand as are very simple to know.....
when a layman invest in them .....he generally follow the herd......but when one with a sound knowledge invest in he keep many things in mind like beta , cost of equity etc....recently i read an article in a newspaper in which it was proved that sometimes even beta dont proves to b a good indicator of any stock.......similar is the case with other indicators.....but what i think instead of focusing on these one should focus on fundamentals of company and value it properly ...... that would hardly prove to be a bad indicator except if any unpredictable happens.........
